how to cook clams ? Clams with mozzarella cheese ( Flavorful steamed clams )

My dish today is very easy but delicious! Clams with mozzarella cheese :) some people like to eat them raw but I'm that kind of people who don't like having to pry open clam with a blunt knife !

I don't mind eating them raw if someone will do the opening task :p 
There for this recipe is for who doesn't  like to open the shell or for who can't eat raw food as well.

Ingredients

- 1 kg clams- Water - 2 sprigs parsley - 2 tablespoons lemon juice- 4 cloves of garlic,  - Unsalted butter- Salt and pepar - Mozzarella cheese 

Method

First of all , you have to clean you clams . personally I soak them in the water for 10 minutes and them wash it one by one and let dry in clean kitchen towel. 

secondly, i bring water to boil ( I will steam my clams on this water )
then, I place the clam in the pot and i allow them enough time to open their shells .this will be  indicated by burst of steam and popped-open shells, anywhere from 2–3 minutes to 5-10 minutes, depending on the type of clams. If some don't open in this time, discard them as they probably were already dead. Cook Stephanie Alexander even suggests giving the ones that do not open another go at steaming because sometimes the clams have a very tight and vigorous hold on the shell (be sure to remove those that have already opened as they're ready). 


after I had removed them from water . I separate the shell and keep only the part with meat.
then in a hot pan I put the butter (I love butter so for me more is better !)

 I added my minced garlic

Add clams and give it a good stir
add sprigs parsley and stir for 2 minutes 

then I remove it from heat and place it in oven pan , pour the butter over it and add mozzarella cheese 
grill it for 2-3 minutes until gold and crisp

to bring the flavors , squeeze lemon and add salt and paper to taste 
and then , volà! here you have it
